	This beautiful 3-level Villa has spectacular ocean views from every room in the house, cantera columns, and 2 covered terraces with hot tub, gas barbecue, and two full kitchens with all appliances and utensils.
The Jacuzzi hot tub, barbecue area, and covered terrace have spectacular sunset and the Pacific ocean views. There is also a pass through bar from the kitchen for outside dining on the shaded terrace on both levels..
	The interior is nicely furnished with satellite TV, computers and internet connections, and a beautiful rock fireplace.
Pescadero is a world class wave. This shot was taken from the terrace with a 1000mm lens. There are several other surf breaks in the area, including Cerritos beach, a white sand beach break, about 5 minutes South of this Villa, that is excellent for beginners to expert surfers..
