excellent location in the exclusive gated community of the Pedregal
overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and is what the name implies, "The Good
Life!" This magnificent home totals over 17,500 square feet of indoor &

situated on the main level, including the living room with 14 foot ceilings,
TV room, entertainment room with pool table and foosball, formal dinning
room with seating for 12, gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero and Viking
appliances, large pantry, wine cellar and laundry room. The entire house has
marble floors both indoors and outdoors, and is beautifully furnished and
lusciously landscaped including main level cascading water falls. The large
main deck is expansive with a 10 foot deep natural stone infinity pool,
Jacuzzi, and sunning pool. Beds include 10 Queen beds, 1 twin, and 1
queen sofa sleeper. Villa Buena Vida has it's own private security gate, fencing and alarm system.
The house set far from the street for privacy, and there is over 3,500
square feet of driveway and off-street parking within the secured grounds.
Close to town, the Marina, and golf courses this Villa is hard to beat,
